2 weeks after a down payment and renting a Chevy HRR 2006. I leased this vehicle for 1 1/2. That whole the power steering light came. I have mechanics in my family to try to make of me to their advantage. When I took the car in to get fix the light would go off for the power steering. 1 day later it came back on. Worst place ever Bought a 2007 Buick LaCrosse from them 2 days of owning the car the power steering went out They said they fixed the problem it was a kink in the "7' long power steering hose" A week later same problem this time it was "a air bubble in the line" Week or two later same problem but now it's a "power steering pump" charged me 110.00 for the part but when I looked it up the part only cost 65.00 Went to pick it up and was told "... I went to cactus jacks hoping to find the car of my dreams (a mustang) when I was there (camelback location) the sales man told me he didn't want to have to move vehicles for me to test drive it so he told me I could only test drive if I buy it. Worst place to get a car ever rude people and they steal your money i got my car then 2 days later A/c went out then they told me oh we dont have anyone to service your car i said fine give me back my money and ill be on my way they said they cant unless service says its not fixable 2 months later still no a/c and keep getting threats from the main office my car is a *** car

bought a car from Cactus Jacks, the stereo did not work, 4 days later the check engine light came on took it down to CJ's they said they could not pull up a code, I took the vehicle directly to brake masters my brother n law used to work there said the code had been pending for 3 months they told me. It was the oxy sensor needed fixing, took it back the next day they claimed to have fixed it, 200 miles later the check engine light came on again... Read more

Getting a vehicle with Cactus Jack is very easy, but is it really worth the amount your paying in the end, for the price of the vehicle? I get people are desperate for a vehicle and just want it in the right now and don't realize the over all cost in the end. Well you should. Customer service is so horrible I deal with camelback cactus jacks in phx as ..I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seriously theirs other dealerships that will work with you shop around people before you get stuck with 29.7 % interest and they don't even let you put any payments towards your principal...even tho the contract doesn't say anything about it...cactus Jack your company is *** my car was towed one time because your employees... We purchased our 2004 pt cruiser a year ago from cactus jacks, our warranty was up 6 months ago. The car only has 92,000 miles on it and now our engine needs replaced. Wth
