Barely had the car 24 hours and it's already broke and it's very unacceptable. I would like a loaner until my vehicle is fixed or a new car

Hole in the wall company... they could careless about a hardship I lost two people in one year. My brother committed suicide and right before the Holidays my younger cousin was murdered. Two car payments behind because I left and went out of town and they repoed my car. Terrible! If I knew they were financing my vehicle I would of never purchased it. They definitely have a bad name . Go to Gm Financial very understanding for all most anything and they are very sympathetic

I put $800 cash down on my car. The first payment was supposed to be due 30 days later. We verbally discussed this when writing up my deal. They even asked me which day would work better for me. A week later collections is calling saying I have a first payment default. Really? I bought the car 9 days ago I told them- and put $800 CASH down. I guess when I signed the contract I didn’t notice they put my first payment due 9 days after I bought car. WHO WOULD AGREE TO MAKE FIRST CAR PAYMENT IN 9 days after putting $800 cash already? Aren’t most first payments due 30-45 days after you leave the dealership? My payments are every month! So why would I have a payment due before a month is over?? They refuse to admit they messed up. I Had to make a “catch up” payment of $830. They were calling to collect that from me (calling MY REFERENCES like FAMILY) Now fast forward 4 months. The check engine light is on and the car is not drive able. I had to PAY another $200 to have it towed to BFE where their shop is because they won’t help you out on that either. It has already been past 14 days which passes AZ Lemon law dates so I can’t use that to help me. So it’s down at their shop still and haven’t heard one thing. No one calls to let you know what’s going on. It’s the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! This couldn’t be more of a nightmare experience.They have no business sense at all and zero compassion for any customer. Whatever is wrong with the car should be taken care if by their warranty of 12 months. (Which even then I would still have to pay another $299) If they don’t honor their warranty I will take other legal actions. Who owns this place? Do you read your other reviews? Why doesn’t anybody care about the customers at all? YOU SELL SHADY cars! Simple! I want to see the inspection report on my vehicle before they put it out on the lot to sell. There is no way an educated mechanic looked at my car and gave his approval to sell it on their lot. It’s only been 4 months and even the engine light is on with a cylinder misfire!! Is anybody over there caring that you have one of the shadiest names on the street? Yes customers may have less than perfect credit so you feel they deserve this treatment? I read all the reviews it’s not just one or two people! I’ll keep the readers updated with how they are going to handle this. For any potential new clients- RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

We just got a car in March. The check engine light came on within days of getting it. It has been *** ever since then. It has been to 2 different repair shops. Their own twice on Bell road and twice to the repair shop the finance company sent us to. It has been really frustrating to find wth is going on with my car. It's even more frustrating having to rent a car because the car keeps having the same issue and needs to stay in the shop for 3-4 days at a time. I just got my car back from the shop on friday. It is now monday and guess what?! My check engine light came on yesterday and the same damn codes pop up. They have replaced those parts 4 times already. So idk what else to say but they sold us a damn lemon from the get go. It has just been the same thing over and over with this car. We have made every payment since we got the car on time and i just hate having to spend money on a vehicle I can not use the way i need to because idk if it will break down or what.

I have a good car to turn in for down payment. They still need a co signer. Salesman, Nolan Taylor was very rude to me. My fiancé will be buying a vehicle, but definitely not at Cactus Jacks

Was working on the car I bought from them. (It came with a free flat tire and air leak! :D) Was putting in my own keyless entry system (came with just 1 free non-oem key without the remote! :D) and remote starter, when I noticed a horribly installed GPS tracker that had the potential to start a fire in my car the way it was installed. (GPS tracker was free too! :D) I now have it hooked up to a DC power supply at a undisclosed location just for *** and giggles. I make my payments on time anyways and would rather not have a fire risk under my dashboard. If they ever do have to look for it, it will be funny to see how they have no clue how the car could even get there. In case you're wondering they use trackers from the company called M-Labs (easy to find by looking up the FCC-ID) On better news, non of the connections have the ability to shut your car down, but they are GPS and LTE cellular trackers with an IMEI number that can be tracked. Always get your electronics done by an MECP certified professional and keep those fires out of your car! ;D

Do not, do not buy a car here. They are scam artists at the finest. After the deal was done as i walked out the door the salesman said something about the transmission, which i thought was strange, a month and a half later the transmission went out. Then they tried to make me pay for it. Worst mistake of my life. Run away fast as you can.

I bought a Ford escape fro these people one of the worst mistake of my life. The sale agent lied to me from the very beginning told me I would be paying $230.00 Turns out Im paying this per pay period and Truck is a box of bolts... Check engine light came on 30 days after I purchased it. They don't offer any alternative and can't fix or even look at the truck while you're there you must leave your vehicle overnight. ... No way to work or anything and they don't care.... So I go in to make my pay on the 30th of Dec 2016 and made a double payment. Well the system was down so the rude CSR hand wrote me a receipt. I started getting calls the right before my next payment was due. I had no idea what they could be calling me for but I called and they told me I didn't pay my complete bill. Ha? Yes mama she said you owe $30 more dollars... Ya right why would I come and make a double payment and not pay the complete bll BS I advice the money grubbing lady that I made a double payment how or why would I not give them all the cash and why didn't you call me when the system came back up????? come on now ...these people will nickel and dime you to death and are blatant liars.. I'm done with Cactus Jack they are the pits and I'm leaving thier truck on the lot tonight and get on a winning team. Cactus Jack sells horrible vehicle and there customer service team are liers and thieves RUN RUN RUN....... don't give them your business You'll be Sorry if you do.. Wish someone would have warned me

2 weeks after a down payment and renting a Chevy HRR 2006. I leased this vehicle for 1 1/2. That whole the power steering light came. I have mechanics in my family to try to make of me to their advantage. When I took the car in to get fix the light would go off for the power steering. 1 day later it came back on. This car battery was disconnected in the process of getting looked at and work on by their mechanic. Worst consumer experience in my life, I have better sense to shame these people they are in sensitive and will lie to cover their scheme.

Bought a Dodge Ram a year ago,from them,and have done nothing but work on it. Complete junk. Several mechanics have shown me how some of these problems have been addressed,prior to me purchasing this truck,with "at best" haphazard methods. This truck was complete trash,before I bought it. Unfortunately,at the time,I had very little options. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY,AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A VEHICLE!
